Familiäre Atmosphäre, nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, später Check-out. Die Lage ist hervorragend.
Die Fenster waren nicht sauber, der Ausblick dadurch getrübt. Die Matratzen waren irgendwie seltsam, mit Toppern wurde das Bett bequemer.

Die Lage ist fantastisch, ganz Lüneburg ist von dort aus zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist barrierefrei, das Frühstück seinen Preis absolut wert. Der Hund durfte kostenlos mit, zwei günstigere Parkhäuser sind ebenfalls fußläufig. Am besten gleich anfahren und dort parken.
Im Bad könnte es mehr Haken und Ablagemöglickeite für Handtücher und Kleidung geben.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer ist großzügig und an Vierbeiner wird auch gedacht, mit einem Trink Napf im Eingangsbereich.
Viele Spinnweben an der Decke und der Duschkopf hatte seine Bestentage hinter sich.
