  A nightmare experience – malfunctioning apartment doors, no immediate assistance, and an emergency hotel booking. Never

  Unfortunately, there was very little to appreciate about our stay. Whatever positive aspects the property may have had were completely overshadowed by the serious problems we experienced.

  An absolutely terrible and unacceptable experience. Without a doubt, one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. First, the location was extremely inconvenient. There were practically no services available in the surrounding area, and everything was closed, including the train station. This made transportation and access to essential services extremely difficult. More importantly, the lack of staff available on-site at all times created a serious problem. We had booked three apartments, and the doors of two of them malfunctioned and would not work. With no staff continuously available to provide immediate assistance, we were left in an extremely difficult situation. As a result, we had no choice but to urgently book another hotel just to have somewhere to sleep that night. The following morning, we had to return to the property to hand back the apartments and collect our personal belongings. This was an incredibly stressful, frustrating, and disappointing experience that completely ruined our stay. A property accommodating guests must ensure that rooms are accessible and that immediate assistance is available when serious problems occur. Unfortunately, this resort failed to meet these basic expectations during our stay. I would never stay at this property again, and I sincerely hope that no other guest has to go through what we experienced. I strongly recommend that future guests think very carefully before booking this resort.

  The TV did not work for the entire lenght of our visit. Pool was crowded with unsupervised young children doing dangerous stunts. Our kids were not allowed to sauna area although they have been going to sauna since being a baby as all nordic kids. Not enough toilet paper and garbage bags. The heating was turned off when we arrived. Probably the apartment had not been heated all summer as there was mold on the bed frames.

  Toujours agréable d'y séjourner quant on vient à Vallorcine

  L'appartement est confortable, bien équipé, l’accueil est bienveillant, le kit contenant les produits, brosse torchon etc ...est tres utile La grande terrasse bien abritée est toujours tres appréciable Ma demande de lits twin a été respectée

  Cette année, l'emplacement de l'appartement donnait sur le batiment d'en face ....et non sur les montagnes, c'était bien dommage ... ( compte tenu du peu d'affluence à ces dates, on aurait pu me donner un appartement mleux situé avec vue, tous les inconvénients auraient été gommés) La tv n'a pas fonctionné pendant tout le séjour... Le Parking était impraticable à cause de travaux ....
