    京都駅に駅に近く非常に便利なので、また利用したいですが、もう少し清潔感があるといいなと思います

    9階に露天風呂もあり、リラックスさせていただきました。また同じフロアにマッサージもあり、非常に便利だなと思いました。

    お風呂は非常に便利で使いやすかったのですが、利用者が髪の毛を乾かした後も髪がいっぱい床に落ちていて、すごく気持ち悪かったです。もっと定期的にスタッフが掃除をするべきだと思いました。

    スタッフの方の接客対応·大浴場の快適さ·夜なきそば·朝食の満足さが最高です！

    夜、大浴場を利用した際、エレベーター側のイスの下にアイスキャンディーの袋が落ちていて早朝、大浴場利用した際も袋が落ちたままだったので皆が行き来する場なので清潔であってほしいと思いました。
