Best value for money in a very wide perimeter.
Cleanliness. The apartment looks much better than on the photos. Even though it's an adapted attic of the utility building, it's spacious, adequately equipped and spark clean.
Toilet is separated from the kitchen just by a loose curtain so relieving oneself just next to the cooking roommate is somewhat awkward for both parties. Also checking the restroom occupancy requires verbal announcement each time as the venue has two non-lockable entrances.
