booking.com handled the cancellation with helpfulness
If you keep your property posted as available for booking, I find it a commitment, especially that the booking is non-refundable. I did not stay since my booking was cancelled about an hour after I made the booking with the reason that "the last minute booking cannot be accepted and that the cottage is not available for personal reasons".

Fantastic, very quiet location, all amenities are easy accessible within minutes by car. Constantia area, City of Cape Town and beaches within reasonable drive accessible. Nice, spaciouss, secure cottage with a country life style feel to it versus high tech urban. Great swimming pool in peaceful, lush garden setting. Wonderful, sociable, helpful hoasts. Definatly worth the stay.
