  Absolutely lovely!

  The views from the kitchen and living room are incredible! The apartment is very spacious, well-appointed, has beautiful bathrooms, and it has a working washer and dryer! Its location is also unbeatable.

  There are 10-12 steps to the apartment, and they were a bit hard for my 81-year-old mother-in-law. However, we would have stayed there one extra night had it been available.

  Good area to stay in but could improve with basic kitchen amenities and longe room update with more seating room.

  Great location to all sites and eateries.

  The a/c did not work on the first night but was fixed in the following morning. Only 1 couch for a property that can sleep 6 with no microwave or toaster.

  We recently stayed in this apartment and found it to have both strong points and several areas that could be improved. The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the location. The apartment is situated right in the city center, with virtually all major attractions within walking distance. The view from the apartment is beautiful, secure nearby parking is included and very convenient, and smartphone-based access works well.

  However, for an apartment in this price range, there were several shortcomings. The kitchen was not fully equipped, lacking basic items such as a filter coffee maker, bread knife, and toaster. The overall condition of the kitchen was below expectations, with misaligned cabinet doors, a dirty oven, food remnants in the freezer, missing cabinet back panels, and a loose faucet with poor water flow. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, but several windows had visible fingerprints and smudges. The lighting system was also unnecessarily complicated for a holiday rental. We experienced an issue with the baby cot, which had not been prepared despite being requested in advance. Initially, we were told it would be delivered the following day, although our baby obviously needed it from the first night. It was eventually delivered later that evening. The air conditioning did not provide meaningful cooling and functioned mainly as a noisy fan. The roof windows in the bedroom are worn and need maintenance, and one bedroom could not be properly darkened because there were no suitable curtains or blinds. Finally, the Wi-Fi network appears to be shared across multiple apartments. We experienced situations where unknown users appeared in Spotify Jam sessions and even activated the bathroom speaker remotely, which raised privacy concerns. Overall, the apartment benefits from an excellent location, great views, and convenient parking, but several maintenance, comfort, and quality issues make it difficult to justify the premium price.
