Lovely stay and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend!
Very nice atmosphere of the facility combining Japanese traditional styles and very easily to find. Great space to stay in Nagano for a couple of days
You have to be mindful not to bump your head when going to the restroom.

The name visibly displayed on exterior of property would make it much easier to find. Kitchen / cooking facilities were very basic. Rest of house was amazingly quirky, and a highlight of our visit to Japan. Location also excellent.

An incredible value for the location, an amazing experience for our kids to get a peak inside traditional Japanese house
What an AMAZING location! It is a beautiful 100 year old family home. The Host is the grandson and was amazing communicating the day we arrived when I messed up arrival time. He met us at our car and showed us around. Our family loved the house and felt like a peak in traditional life. We walked everywhere in town and close to everything.
It is a traditional home. Stairs are steep and tight, it would be difficult for anyone with any physical challenges.
