Goed

The host is very communicative but the studio is nothing like the photos and needs serious repairs.
Location near the sea, main shops.
A broken shower unit, a black dark rim of dirt/mould?? (Not sure) round the entire sink. The host said he would fix them the next day after check in but did not. There was no hot water in kitchen taps, and if you use the sink water falls to the floor. creaking rickety bed every time you move, damp sheets all the time with or without air conditioning, no hanging space for clothes, rusty shelves.

Best value stay in Tel Aviv
The apartment is small, but it's thought-out really well, hence very comfortable to stay. It's amazing how many things they were able to squeeze inside these 18 m2, for example we found: hairdryer, microwave, stovetop, kettle, capsule coffee machine, all kitchenware we needed, dining table which can easily double as work desk, there was no chair in the room but they gave me one when I asked. There's plenty of shelves everywhere, hooks for clothes, etc, it was easy to find places for all our stuff and two large luggage bags, and we were still able to move around freely after that. The room is in great location, probably best in town: very quiet around, at the same time in walking distance to the beach and close to streets with shops and malls, eg. 10 minutes by bus to Dizengoff Center. The beach is great, by the way, it's possibly the best-equipped beach I've ever seen: there's multiple volleyball fields, tennis tables, nets for climbing, toilets and showers in sight, everything is nice and clean (as much as a beach could be). The apartment is deep inside a residential building, windows open on to a small garden inside, but even the street the building is on is very quiet, at least for now, because the center part of the street is under construction and closed off with a fence - they are building tram ways there, and there's only one lane open for traffic. Not sure if it will remain quiet after they finish construction, but at the moment construction seems to be stalled - I've never seen anyone working there, maybe they ran out of money or something. The bed is comfortable, we slept very well. Keys to the room are stored in a lock box, so I think it should be possible to check in at any time (24/7), though not 100% sure because when we checked in manager had an employee meet us and get the keys from the lockbox, but I see no reason why we couldn't get the keys ourselves if needed.
Just a few tiny things, which I should still mention to write a 100% complete review. Bed is not king-size, so may be a bit small for two. There's no elevator and staircase is fairly narrow in the building, though you need to walk just one floor up, so it's not really a problem. The luggage storage provided is not safe: they told us we could leave our luggage only outside the room, but no one would look after it at all during the whole day, and guests from other rooms would have easy access to our luggage, I didn't feel it was safe to leave anything valuable this way. Finally, the manager of the property is not very nice to talk to / deal with. Nothing major, he's just not very friendly or accommodating, that's all.
