  千万别入住，不负责任的商家

  ⭐ 非常糟糕的入住体验，完全不推荐！ 这次的住宿体验真的非常差，令人非常失望！入住时发现民宿竟然没有电，工作人员处理问题的速度也非常慢，服务效率极低。 后来换了另一间房，情况更糟糕！房间里有大量蟑螂，环境非常肮脏，卫生条件极差，根本无法正常休息，更不可能安心睡觉，完全无法入住！ 最令人无法接受的是，当我们遇到这些问题时，商家不仅没有积极解决问题，也没有提供任何合理的解决方案，甚至完全无视我们的诉求。我们已经支付了全部住宿费用，却因为住宿环境恶劣而无法入住，商家至今也不愿意退款。 这样的服务态度和卫生条件实在令人失望！如果连基本的供电、卫生和顾客权益都无法保障，真的不应该继续接待客人。 强烈不推荐大家入住！希望其他旅客不要遇到和我们一样的糟糕经历。

  ⭐ Terrible Experience – Absolutely Not Recommended! Our stay was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. When we arrived, there was no electricity in the accommodation, and the service was very slow. The management took far too long to respond to the problem. We were then moved to another unit, but the situation was even worse. The room was infested with cockroaches and extremely dirty. The hygiene conditions were terrible, making it impossible to sleep comfortably or stay there. The accommodation was completely uninhabitable. What made the experience even worse was the management's attitude. They failed to provide any proper solution, ignored our complaints, and refused to issue a refund. We had already paid the full amount, yet we were unable to stay because of the unacceptable conditions. This is completely unacceptable. Basic electricity, cleanliness, proper service, and customer care should be the minimum standards for any accommodation. I strongly DO NOT recommend this place.   Family saya datang dari sabah dan memandangkan rumah saya ada masalah paip,jadi saya membuat tempahan homestay untuk keselesaan mereka dan mereka sangat puas hati tempat tersebut.. dan paling saya xjangka,owner telah menyediakan 2 buah tilam serta selimut dan tuala yg agak banyak memandangkan kami agak ramai masa tu..

  Agak jauh tempat parking dari lift kerana ini sukar untuk warga emas yang terpaksa jalan jau dan sukar untuk membawa barang..
