    FANTASTIC. Next trip to Santa Monica we will rebook Double Suites for sure.

    The property was a two story, two bedroom, two bathroom immaculate accommodation. We walked to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and several breakfast/lunch eateries. We even walked to Church on Sunday morning. The property and especially the hosts are very welcoming. Fantastic restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance.

    Nearly perfect !

    All was good

    Maybe that a little bit too much rules , I understand that not everyone is a good tenant but some things were overkill. Also the AI messages were too much. I’m sorry but it feels unpersonal to send that many. It is just not needed. Send one at the beginning and be done with it. This is constructive please don’t see it as bad. Because all else was absolutely perfect
