Sucked after fling a redeye from Portland Oregon for many hours. Never Double Tree again anywhere...
shuttle was fast .
We arrived early about 7 am knowing the room would not be ready. We had no choice because we landed at 630 am. the front desk said to check back at 1030 am to see if they had any rooms ready. When we did there were different people at the desk. again nothing ready. (we never left the lobby area) Around 2pm we saw people with luggage go up the elevator. We asked why not us that have been there for hours and they said the king rooms have not been cleaned only the double rooms had some clean. So we sat there because we had a king room reserved. Very poor customer service. Never again!!!

Clean and comfortable.
Asked for feather free room due to allergies. Had to request new pillows on arrival. Supposed to get cookies on arrival. They post signs everywhere. It didn’t happen. One Small bar of soap for the bathroom sink. None for the shower. No attention to detail. Had nachos and wine in the restaurant but nachos were skimpy on cheese and not hot.
