    The room was to poor the paint on the doors was really bad the night lamp dont have light bulb the air conditioner no was working I have horrible experience

    By me begin a hotel manager I do know that maintenance and hotel managements was suppose to let the people whomis paying money to stay that the water was going to be cut off for some hours.. I got ready to get into the shower and there was no water. I had to call the front desk and then she had to contact maintenance to see whats going on. When things like that go on everyone should be intune about the whole situation, so that you want have anger customers. We couldn't even flush the toilet. More and better communication is the key. I had to miss an appointment because I couldn't use the bathroom.
