Would stay here again but would not plan on eating here. Food is not worth the money and the staff was not helpful.
Beautiful property
The breakfast experience was very disappointing and confusing. There were no signs or staff available to explain how breakfast worked, so we assumed it was included. There was no coffee or silverware available, and after finally finding someone to ask, it took an excessive amount of time to get them. The food was cold and not good, especially considering we were charged $19.50 per person. We later discovered there was a menu we could have ordered from, but no one ever provided it or informed us of that option. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room did not work well, making the room uncomfortably warm while we slept. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, especially for the price.

When we got to the hotel. The AC unit was not working; it was hot as hell. The unit had the be replaced. The new unit froze up and started blowing hot air. I had to turn the heat on to get the unit to thaw out. The only compensation that was offered was a free breakfast or lunch. A free night stay would have been a more acceptable offer. I was in room 548. I'm very displeased with my stay.

Need better communication with the customer service team and customers.
The check-in staff member was not very friendly and didn’t seem to want to be there. We requested a room that would accommodate my service animal and did not get a room that was appropriate for me or my dog. I had to walk to the exit to get to the outside when I was told my room had a patio leading to the outdoor area. She told me upon checking in this as well but this wasn’t true. Rooms were available to accommodate my request but I was not able to make any changes once I checked in. Very disappointed in the service I was provided. This was my only complaint.
