    Double Tree Farmers Branch

    Does stuff are great? The room was comfortable and it was very clean

    The Price was outrageous. Booking told me that it was close to Love and that there was a shuttle but there was not because it was to DFW. It is very confusing since this location is technically closer to Love than DFW. The staff also did not inform me that they have a shuttle to take you to local places which would have been extremely helpful. It's not close to anything and Uber was expensive. I specifically looked for a hotel that had a shuttle to the airport. The communication and marketing just need to be better. The staff also told me that not a lot of people use the shuttle well probably if they were just as confused as I was. There's a reason why it just sits there. There's no reason why someone still could not have taken me. The shuttle literally just sits there.

    My overall experience was very good

    Your staff was very welcoming in the facility was very clean, which was a bonus for me

    Honestly, I tried to purchase a bottle of Core water and it was $10. At the supermarket it was $1.49 that was my own negative.
