    Nice hotel but was not impressed by the cleanliness

    Overall the hotel is nice and away from downtown. Which we wanted.

    When we arrived our room was not ready. First I was told 15 minutes. Which is not that long to wait. However, we waited an hour for our room. The store was changing and never gave a time frame after the 15 minutes. Additionally, when we arrived there were no trash bags in any of the rooms. Crumbs on the couch and also by the bedroom room door. We had a suite but was not worth the hassle or price

    Everything was great. It would be better if the check-in time was 2. The staff was respectful. But the restaurant was not active for lunch and dinner and it was room service. The food was of good quality, but I don't think it is professional to charge for repeat service and add a tip. We had a pet and paid for the pet, but there were no facilities for the pet, such as a park with a play area. Overall, it was a good experience. And finally, the services require slippers.
