    Reception hall stinks Toiletries like shower gel, moisturizer missing Bathroom door doesn’t lock Intercom doesn’t work Main door squeaks so bad that it wakes up kids Air conditioning is so old age one and makes huge noise

    Stay was SO HORRIBLE that we didn’t stay the 3rd night!!! The name “Hilton” should be removed!!!

    Nothing!!!

    Pet rooms not maintained. First room TV did not work. Second room curtains torn down, one bed was so lopsided that you would roll into the nightstand, no soap, limited towels/wash cloths (towels were not made of quality material), toilet paper holder broken and sink had no stopper!!! Neither room had been visited by Housekeeping in quite some time!!!
