    Overall good experience.

    Good location just outside of the main downtown area.

    The rooms are slightly outdated, could use an upgrade.

    Thanks for a cozy night

    Staff was very friendly and I could tell they wanted us to enjoy our stay. I loved having a nice cocktail by the fireplace in the bar on a cold rainy night.

    The two bottles of water in the room marked free for gold, silver, and whatever level member but everyone else pays $1. Seriously tacky and entitled BS.

    Mmmm! La salida a la calle quizá está muy arbolada sin perspectiva de tránsito ( pero solo por decir algo )

    People very friendly

    The reception desk was great very helpful and the staff for breakfast and supper were fantastic

    I think they need more training dealing with people who have booked through booking.com - we always use them when we are travelling as we have had good success with them
