    Everything was perfect besides the band

    It was amazing till the Florida gaters were yelling though the hallways as we were trying to sleep

    other than the shower head and water spout . great stay

    breakfast was great. Coffee was great. dinner was so good we had the salmon

    the shower was terrible 'the shower head was very poor. The waterspout where the water comes out and then you pull the thing up to let the water out to the shower head it would not pull all the way up so the shower head would just piss out

    Terrible management

    There was a glitch in the system of the third party company that I booked with that caused the dates to be incorrect. I noticed the mistake immediately and contacted the hotel. They refused to help me resolve the situation. Terrible customer service.
