Gostaria de registrar uma reclamação formal sobre o funcionário Alison, que estava na recepção hoje, 12/10/2026, por volta das Quando questionei se as garrafas de água que colocam no quarto todos os dias era paga, pois parecia cortesia, não havia informação sobre cobrança, ele respondeu de forma ríspida que não era ele quem colocava, e sim a camareira. Em seguida, o cartão não funcionou por aproximação na máquina, e ele, sem nenhuma paciência, disse que a culpa era minha e passou a falar aos gritos. Tive a forte impressão de que esse tratamento se deu por eu ser mulher. É uma postura inaceitável, especialmente em um hotel 4 estrelas, pelo qual paguei caro. Além disso, o café da manhã não tem reposição de queijo e presunto: quem não chega cedo fica sem. O hotel é muito escuro, com corredores pretos e iluminação fraca no quarto, o que dá uma sensação de claustrofobia. A localização também não é tão prática quanto parece: a caminhada até a Avenida da Liberdade é longa, e a descida da ida vira uma subida cansativa na volta. Conclusão: Não voltaria e não recomendo.

Low performance for price vs quality
Close to center, many facilities and attractions on walking distance. Late check out with no fee at 1pm. Free parking. Friendly service at breakfast.
Doesnt have the four star quality in room, quite dark design, no mini bar, aircon making noise, construction sounds outside and walls are paper thin so you hear literally anything next door. Staff in reception was not very kind, didnt even ask about the stay during check out.

Lisbon was awesome, probably better to stay nearer the river.
Room was big and tidy, air con worked, tea coffee, fridge. staff were very friendly. Worth the money we paid.
Bins were tiny, view and balcony disappointing, full floor to ceiling mirrors either side of the toilet was a bit weird.

Fijne kamers, goed bedden, heerlijk ontbijt en boven vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Vriendelijk ontvangst, kamer omgezet naar geschakelde kamers (erg fijn als je met je gezin op een roadtrip bent), één kamer was al klaar bij aankomst (rond 12:00 uur) daar konden wij gelijk onze koffers achterlaten om de stad te gaan ontdekken. We werden gewezen op de voordelen als je lid zou worden (gratis), o.a. gratis parkeren en gratis snellere wifi. De warme koekjes bij aankomst waren ook heerlijk. Ontbijt was zeer goed inclusief een menu voor een heerlijk eitje wat direct voor je gemaakt werd. En ook de boost orange jus in de morgen was ook top.
