You Had One Job.
The beds were so hard and uncomfortable I had to spend $120 on a mattress topper that I could not take back with me—and I still wasn't able to sleep. I don't care how nice your facilities are. At the end of the day, a hotel has one job: Provide a place to sleep. Hilton continues to fail at this. Across the brands they have co-opted, their beds have become impossible to sleep in. I continue to look for hotels not bought out by Hilton.

Close to where I was going
It was close to why I was there. I heard no noises during the night. The room had a fridge, clock, phone and CF machine.
The TV would not come on. I called the desk and told them and then left to why I was there. When I came back the TV was on but then when I went to turn it off, the TV went off but came back on with a weird screen. I hit the off button 3-4 times and it did the same thing. I unplugged the TV. The next morning, I tried to turn the TV back on but nothing again. The desk said maintenance came in at 8am but by then I was going to be gone. Also the cleaning lady did not obvious clean the tub as the previous person in the shower was a lady as a strain of hair was there.
