    I was scammed by Booking.com I was searching for hotel in Newark NJ and you system displayed an availability Newark and didn't list state until after I booked reservation according to hotel you do this all the time. I was extremely unhappy with this scam and hope you didn't charge my card! Waiting for verification from my card

    Comfortable, location, and staff… would book again!

    Staff is so professional and sweet, from the front desk to the breakfast bar.

    Would not stay here again, upgrades needed. Staff very friendly otherwise the room was below my expectations.

    Convenient location, quiet

    Room 212 extremely musty and old smelling. Bath tub could be redone or replaced. The clear colored lamps haven’t been dusted in a while. The air conditioner was extremely loud.and the room went from extremely cold to extremely hot depending on if unit was running. Bed was not comfortable, pillows too soft.
