Solid choice for downtown Olympia.
Clean and comfortable. Large room. Very good location in downtown Olympia. Very friendly staff.
A little expensive for what you get. Elevator to our floor was not functioning; nor was swimming pool/hot tub -- those were not big issues for us, and staff was appropriately apologetic, and gave us free breakfast. That breakfast was just OK, though.

Poorly run hotel, always under construction and they have not improved over the past year /3 stays
Location
Housekeeping missed our room and had to ask for towels and TP. We had the same issue the last two times we stayed here. Windows are dirty and lighting in the room is very poor. Staff is nice but seems to be a management issue. Be advised that the parking lot is too small and we had to park on the street 2 out of the 3 nights.

Rough Night
I froze all night because the HVAC heater did not work. The outlets in the nightstand for plugs did not work. Nothing worked. I didn’t sleep, I was cold all night long. The next morning, after a bit of back-and-forth with the hotel, they worked in tandem with booking.com to see that I got a full refund, which I appreciated and expected. As long as everything functions in the hotel room, I’m sure this is a perfectly lovely place to stay. My experience unfortunately didn’t go so well, but it is unlikely to repeat, I hope not. 🥶
