    vert pleasant and a warm family feel

    The pool bartender had a great personality with exceptional customer service experience

    when we checked out the staff member was very cold asked how many rooms?, i thought that was a odd question to be asking a guest without greeting the guest first and asking for room number and not how many rooms.

    We had a 10 night stay in premium poolside room. The facilities were top notch. The staff food transport etc… made it a

    The property was under update and our pool side room was one that had recently been updated. The finish was to a high standard. The bed pillows toiletries towels etc… were top notch. The hotel was in great location and the food incredible.

    Couldn’t fault it or the staff.
