    Shout Out for Haley, at Front desk & Big Joe, Maintenance! We love the Double Tree- Warren Place!

    Haley at the front desk saved the day and we really appreciate all her extra effort to get things straightened out after pur 3rd party reservation didn't work. Big Joe hustled and got the room's A/C cool enough to help my wife during her hot flashes. This made a world of difference and we really appreciate it.
