    Convenient for my travel route, nothing else.

    Incorrect room type allocated at check in. Reassigned to another room and told that they would bring a fold out bed which never appeared. Sofa was too dirty to sit on let alone sleep on. To cap it all, one staff member “suggested” that I should learn a lesson not to use a third party booking service (Booking.com) and instead book with the hotel directly - this apparently would have avoided the room mix up.

    Pretty good stay for a long weekend trip.

    I appreciate that the hotel was very quiet with a vintage feel. It was very close to SUNY Polytechnic Institute and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The warm cookies are great and it is close to the shopping center.

    The bathroom had hair all over when we arrived. Also, this hotel is pretty pricey. Breakfast should have been free.
