    I liked the checkin with cookies and water. Overall location and where we were floor wise. Over all pretty clean with some outdated features.

    The air conditioner was not working properly and kept on the whole time without the ability to change or turn off. Had to have a tech come at night right before big event. The person who fixed it was quick and very nice. Kudos to him for being a big help.

    I will seek other hotels in the area for next year's Army Ten Miler.

    The room was clean and comfortable.

    When I arrived, with a confirmation number, I was told there was not a room for me and receptionist would have to go speak with the manager. The reservation was made months in advance. Once a room was found, I was given the wrong room number and had to return to the desk (from the 8th floor with my bags) to find out why my key did not open the room. There was no parking available in the garage. Check-in appeared to be a challenge for the three receptionists on duty as the line and the wait was long.

    Decent stay but wouldn’t stay here again

    It was in a good location.

    The beds were too firm. Did not sleep comfortably while I was there. They also placed us in a connecting room with a stranger on the other side and it was very noisy.

    Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and the closeness to the rail system.

    My daughter made the reservations for us but I didn't expect to pay the $50+ dollars a night for parking but it was a deal breaker.

    The extra money for parking.
