Decepcionante nada grato
No hacen aseo todos los días …no ponen café ..no colocan agua…las instalaciones son viejas…la n veta estaba en mal estado…llaves con goteras …y muy pocas personas amables ..nadie pregunta si te falta algo..no hay ni carritos para subir maletas solo 2 y en mal estado.. decepcionado y el valor si parece de lujo.

Coffee was really bad. Over charged for buffet. Hotel rooms clean. Beds and pillows comfortable.
I don’t like the bonus question popping up while filling out this review.
The coffee is horrible. Staff agreed it was “strong”. It wasn’t just strong it was bad. Hotel didn’t have any other coffee to offer in the restaurant. Felt like the bad coffee was intentional, so they didn’t need to serve the coffee more than once (staff serve the coffee). We were also over charged for the buffet. If I did ask for a printed receipt at checkout I probably wouldn’t have noticed. When I did notice the addition charges, the staff at the reception desk couldn’t help me out or make the adjustment. I was told I needed to speak with a manager at the restaurant. When I went to the restaurant and asked for a manager I was told there wasn’t a manager working. When I told the young man what the issue was he said there isn’t a manager here…another staff over heard and was helpful and resolved the problem. I was told the restaurant staff can’t see what the front desk sees, sounded like they just guess who they are serving. I was charged for adult meals for my children. The hotel needs a much better process calculating buffet charges. Needs a coffee station with options!
