    Exceeded expectations in all categories. Will return on next visit to Bentonville.

    Breakfast was above average. Food was very good, with extras like chopped walnuts appreciated. Liked two room suites, chair in bedroom, with comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent housekeeping staff. Quiet rooms. Crabtree & Evelyn amenities in bath.

    No fan in bathroom.

    Great Cafe and nice clean rooms.

    We loved the Cafe and having breakfast every morning. We did enjoy it for dinner one night and my husband said it was the best club sandwich he ever had. The hamburger was just ok but other than that no complaints. We will stay here again when we come back to visit our nephew. Added a picture of the view from our 5th floor room.

    The elevator smell. It was smelled like bad body odor in both elevators. They tried to cover up the smell with freshener but it didn’t help. Also our floor was hot when you got off the elevator.

    the staff was all very nice. Dining room team was exceptionally friendly.

    Breakfast was excellent

    advertising included airport shuttle service which was not available. First day of visit, cleaning crew failed to do room
