    Disappointed

    Staff was friendly

    The room was not very clean, had a lot of hand prints all over the windows. The room divider had a hole in it. For a hole in the wall hehind the curtin. The carpet was lifting. My kids opened the pullout bed and it had stains all over it. Went to get breakfast and only one person was working, serving, cleaning, setting and seating. The water fill dispencer had stuff floating in it.
