    Could have gone better.

    Easy to book, good information on-line.

    I was traveling for work and needed to check in later than the window provided. I sent an email as requested, no response. I called, no one answered. I ended up unable to check in because of my job, unfortunately. I understand and happy to pay for the inconvenience. However, I did need a receipt for work. I emailed, no response. I called and someone did answer. She was rude and spoke down to me like I was an idiot. I asked for a receipt, she said it was in the email. I looked and didn't find it, hence the call. She didn't care. That was it. I had to recreate a receipt. So, never staying there again...if next time I could actually stay in the area. And, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you like being talked down to by a stranger you just paid for a service they refused to provide. Also, I travel a lot, like a lot, lot. This was the rudest person I've experienced in some time. Like I was a bother. Sorry.

    Great location in Auchterarder with accommodating hosts and a comfortable stay.

    We had a wonderful stay! The location on High Street in Auchterarder was extremely convenient. We were able to easily walk to nearby restaurants and shops, and the public bus made it simple to get wherever else we needed to go. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to our requests. During the unseasonably warm weather, they even arranged to have a large fan brough to our room to help keep us cool and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to the Auchterarder area!
