Sparhotel mit Abstrichen
Die Lage war hervorragend, das Hotel war sauber, die Betten bequem
Wenn ich ein Spa Hotel buche, erwarte ich auch, dass der Spa intakt ist. Leider war der Indoor Pool geschlossen und somit auch die Ruheräume für die Sauna, welche ganz unschön neben einer Garage lag. Da hatte man nicht wirklich Lust einen Saunagang zu machen. Das Personal ist damit recht gleichgültig umgegangen. Keine große Entschuldigung.

Boa localização, bons quartos, funcionários simpáticos,
Falta de transparência, pois a piscina interior estava fechada devido a problemas técnicos e não avisaram antes do check-in, apenas ao segundo dia e depois de eu confrontar varias vezes a recepção decidiram oferecer uma noite no hotel das 3 já pagas, no entanto ainda não comunicaram a booking.com que apenas faturaram 2 noites e não 3 de forma a ser procedida a devolução do dinheiro já pago pela 3ª noite.
