    Some minor inconveniences, good value, location, unit and responsive renters. Would stay here again.

    Location was good, very walkable and centrally located. The unit itself was great for our family, very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Communication with the renters when an issue arose or there was a need was timely and proactive.

    Getting into parking was a little tight. Retrieving the parking key and pass from the lock box not terribly convenient. Also a little inconvenient to get to the unit (multiple elevators). Facilities not in the same condition as the unit itself. Like with a lot of non-hotel rentals these days, requires certain "chores" to be done and still requires a cleaning fee on top. Should be one or the other.

    Didn’t stay here - air conditioning was

    It was hot outside & air conditioning wasn’t working- they should of told me cause apparently it was worked on b4 I arrived- wasted lots of time & I had to find another place to stay was broke & the place was a little dirty

    This was a great spot for anyone spending a few days in the city that wants the comforts of home.

    We couldn't find sheets for the pull out sofa in the closer but just took flat sheets from the beds upstairs and made do. Also could have used a few more dishes for meal prepping but I'm guessing most of your guests just eat out.
