Centrale ligging in Madrid, boven een supermarkt.
Tamelijk klein , met zowel vanuit de woonkamer als vanuit de slaapkamer uitzicht op blinde muur. Geen direct zonlicht, dus ruimte vrij donker.

PAS DE CLIM / NO AC - Service client horrible
Emplacement
PAS DE CLIM LA NUIT et ils ne vous le disent pas ! + la "clim" est un système centralisé et entièrement contrôlé par le bâtiment, il ne fait donc jamais moins de 25• dans l'appartement (au mieux dans la journée quand le système est allumé) + ce sont des menteurs et de mauvaise foi au service client + ventilateur de 65dB impossible de dormir avec ! Je vous épargne l'odeur de renfermé et d'égoûts tout le séjour... Forcément, il n'y a pas d'aération !! EN : NO AC AT NIGHT and they don't tell you before booking ! + the "AC" is not a real one but just a central air system completely managed by the building so you don't have any control over the temperature. When the system is on, you may have 25•C but not under, and it's completely off at night. + they know it because they put you a fan in the room but it makes a 65dB sound so not possible to sleep with it ! Of course they are in bad faith sound so don't excpect anything from them ! I spare you the sewers smell all stay long because there is no ventilation.... ES : No hay AC durante la noche y no te dicen antes de reservar ! El systema es central y ne puede controlar la temperadura entonces no hay menos de 25•c por el dia y por la noche, pues, no hay aire.... Hay un ventilador pero con un bruido de 65dB, no puedes dormir..... El servicio de clientes es una locura y no va hacer nada.... No te habla del odor permanente de los alcantarillas porque pues, no hay ventilacion !

La posizione è eccezionale e l'appartamento è fornito proprio di tutto.
L'aria condizionata lascia a desiderare e la pulizia non è molto accurata.
