    Overall, a nice apartment with extra points for the parking which is verry near !

    Nice apartment with easy access from highway. The apartment is situated in a nice building with easy access to the U-bahn station and other public transports. The neighborhood has plenty of groceries stores around and restaurants. There is a small park with benches and swings at the corner of the building Good communication with the host , good support for the check -in and parking. The kitchen has all you need , the living room is big with comfy bed.

    It was just a bad coincidence that we stayed two nights during the week when Vienna registered the record for the high temperature. As the apartment didn't had an AC unit , it was pretty hot. The were two fans that we could used but it wasn't enough. At night, with the lights closed we have opened the windows so a little cold breeze could enter the apartment. This is the reason for 9 and not 10 on the scoring. I'll take the same apartment during fall, spring and winter with no hesitation.

    Patiko lokacija ir be abejo parkingas automobiliui.

    Nuotraukose butas atrodo geriau nei realybėje.Labai keista ir nejauku bu o rasti kambaryje padžiautą patalynę ant džiovyklės,nes atrodė,kad išsinuomojome svetimą butą.Mažajame kambaryje lango atidarymo mechanizmas normaliai neveikė,tad ribotai galėjome įsileisti oro į kambarį.Kai kuriose virtuvės spintelėse buvo nalabai malonus kvapas.

    Close location

    It is not modern as it is described i is outdated. From entrance elevator. And whole apartment smell something .So hot with only 1 fan no AC . We could stay and just sweating in an hour we end it up to go somewhere better and with AC. Not sure why people overrate this place. Not recommended
