    Great location with solution to the limited parking, saved me from additional parking fees!

    Super convenient location. Easy to access. Directions to enter and stay were clear and easy to follow. Great little spot!

    The location was great. We was down for the weekend for a Derby party at my daughter's and the location was an easy walk 5 blocks, but it rained and still had to drive, that was no problem. Kitchen was equipped with the necessary items needed to prepare my meal for the party, bed was comfortable, the bathroom had all necessary items. The owners were very nice and available when we arrived in had forgot our codes to get in and they were a phone call away and resent my text. What a lifesaver. Really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

    Everything was great.
