Extremely disappointing experience, our reservation was cancelled just ONE HOUR before our scheduled arrival. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. We had planned our trip and relied on the confirmed booking, only to be left in a very stressful situation at the last minute, with little time to find alternative accommodation. A responsible host should respect confirmed reservations and understand the inconvenience and frustration that such a last-minute cancellation causes guests. This experience showed a complete lack of consideration for customers. I would not recommend this accommodation. Be careful when booking, as your reservation may be cancelled at the last minute, leaving you without a place to stay with two kids. Due to this experience, I gave the apartment a low rating.
