    The location is good and convenient for visiting Budapest.

    Very disappointing experience. We were a group of 8 people, but when we arrived, the sofa bed was broken and could not be used for sleeping (see the pictures). The TV was also not working, and the toilet seat was broken. We contacted the manager, and it took several hours before we received a proposed solution. We were told that no other apartment was available for our group. The only option offered was for two people to sleep somewhere else for one night while they checked whether the sofa bed could be fixed. We did not accept this because there was no clear confirmation that the bed would actually be fixed or that all 8 of us would be able to stay in the apartment afterward. We booked an apartment that was supposed to accommodate 8 people, and that is what we expected to receive upon arrival. Because there was no certain solution, we had to book another accommodation on the same day. We requested a refund, but the owner refused, saying that an alternative had been offered. We were very disappointed to pay for accommodation that did not match what we booked and then not receive a refund. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this apartment, especially for a group relying on all of the advertised sleeping spaces being available.
