    I will never come back to this home

    The space and the light

    Maintenance, really bad. The ovner does not take care of the home. Things are broken, not working and he does not unswer to your needs. Blood in the mattress, fridge not working to name a few.

    Overall if you want to lose your deposit and deal with a rude dude pick this property.

    The property have mold all over the roof. After showering my son was immediately sick. But was okay nothing serious. There were 3 grown woman who do not smoke a lick, the property owner made up a lie and said that they smoke inside. Also the cleaners came to clean up the home and we continuously stayed there. If there was a smell the cleaners would have reported. He sent a picture of a dirty filter and said the women smoked in the home, the filter clearly shows that it haven’t been changed in months. Also if the mold if visible and he didn’t do anything about it, why would he care about a filter ? Right ? I was there for a couple weeks I can assure you that my review is the most accurate. He will keep your deposit and make up a lie about everything. Picture will be uploaded as well. I deal with a lot of properties but this guy is by far the last in line. Very rude dude. Also the wash room is a disgrace seem llizards go inside to use the bathroom lizard poop everywhere. A possum also comes in and out the backyard. Also I can send a video of the ladies sending me a video of the one being cleaned by THEM. ( I wasn’t really there I work a lot the women was staying there)
