  Good, central location. Only a 10 min walk to Stanley Park and Canada Plsce.

  Very small apartment and we were missing tea towels and flannels for washing. No coffee pods were supplied.

  Host did not open the entrance door and did not reply on call. Entered with person living in building but needed a tap key to reach floor which did not have. Was told the door to apartment would be open but was not. Called owner and was told the apartment was not cleaned after prior guests. Had to get ready for a meeting with towels from prior guests. Was receiving apologies from owner and was told to get gift next day as apology. Did not receive. Asked for invoice and took days after reminder to get and after details was not correct after more than a mi th after did not get update

  Location was great for everything we wanted to do in the city as first time visitors, apartment was spacious for the 2 of us for the 4 nights we were visiting. Good value for location.

  Instructions for building access weren't very clear and felt slightly unusual but we managed either way. Perhaps a more detailed welcome message - I had to reach out seperately on day of check in for WiFi details. We also found a small leak after returning from a day out, in which I informed the host however, never received a response, or any follow up messages at all to check in with us during the stay. Apartment needs a bit of a spruce up and some of the drawers were slightly dirty. There are also some touches missing e.g. no tea towels, paper towels and additional toilet roll were in the back of cupboards rather than being left out.
