    Never ever and no recommendations

    Only the heritage property

    The Flat wasn’t clean The mattresses are old, special and in bad condition There was some issues and the Owner doesn’t want to solve the problem’s, even not as the Police was involved

    Quaint Historic Apt Stay

    Unique Historic Apt in downtown Memphis. Check-in was easy and owners were friendly and promptly responded to our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and had a great restaurant located directly across the street.

    The air conditioning didn't work in the living room and first bedroom. We did contact the owners and they made adjustments but it still didn't. We ended up utilizing the fans located in the apartment and trying to only be there later in the day when the temperature outside had cooled some. The 2nd bedroom has a different unit and was amazing as far as temperature. One of those units would be awesome in the living room and first bedroom!

    Spacious tastefully decorated apartment 20 -30 min walk to Beale St

    We were in the downstairs apartment. Roomy and tastefully decorated apartment. If possible, I’d give it 7.5. A beautiful old building. Right across the street from the Sunrise diner!

    Toiletries in the bathroom either didn’t work or weren’t refilled. The towels were thin and weren’t absorbent- definitely need replacing. The bed was squeaky and my husbands side of the bed so sloping he felt as though he was going to fall out of bed.
