Noisy building work 24/7 with no notification - avoid!
Location Size of apartment
Communication with Vacationy who were the local agents was poor, response times were lousy. Despite sending details days before our booking we boarded our flight not knowing the details of how we should check in on arrival as they had not responded to messages & we only received details once we landed, Our whole experience was overshadowed & ruined by considerable building work directly below the apartment which went on all day/night meaning we could not sleep or use the balcony, which was our main reason for paying a premium to rent this apartment. We totally appreciate the building of a new Metro line is out of the rental agencies control, however, it was relentless & feel this should be mentioned in the apartment details or we should have been notified to make people aware how noisy it was & the fact they continue work all day/night. When we contacted the agents during our stay they offered nothing; no apology or resolution such as alternative accommodation. Totally spoilt our experience in Porto and we would not book through this company again. The apartment itself was nice & under normal circumstances would have been scored differently. It also lacked quality in some areas - pillows were worst ever known. Ikea cheap lumpy & uncomfortable. Towels were small, discoloured & scratchy, furniture on balcony very basic, All these things were not reflected in price /expectation

Will recommend property to family and friends.
Amazing views over the city, spacious and bright lounge. Great location with everything at the door step. All rooms were very clean.

Expensive but worth it.
Location was central to the best part of town. We had 270 degree views with wrap-around balcony on the sixth floor. Did not need to find a roof top bar, we just sat out with our port and tonic.
