    Great apartment for family

The apartment was spacious and clean. The owner was easy to contact for any problem.

The location was a bit far from fifth Avenue.

Papaya plus is perfect for a family stay, all the amenities you need and PERFECT location in the heart of playa.

This is the second time we stay in papaya plus, you really feel at home here, laundry in unit and all the amenities you need, Walmart is one block away, the 5ta avenida is only 3 blocks away, the beach is 4 blocks away, walking distance to downtown is just the perfect location, family friendly, everything is super clean.

Like I mentioned before this is our second time staying here, I’m not sure if they had some renovations going on in the floor above us but there was a lot of noise early in the morning and sometimes even at night, it got really loud a couple of days seems like they were taking down a wall, I understand this is to improve the apartments but it would be nice to have a heads up about this situation or perhaps assigning a different apartment. Other thing I did talk with our host was the listing mentioning the bedrooms with a king size bed in one of the rooms and the second one 2 queens, we had two bedrooms with both queen beds, for us there was no problem but this would also be nice if they updated the listings to be accurate with the type of beds they offer.
