**5/5 Stars** Downtown Royal de Lux in Budapest is a fantastic place to stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and within easy reach of the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself is amazing: stylish, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The combination of a prime location and beautiful accommodation made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Budapest!

Comfortable, great location, conveniences right near by
This apartment is in a great location - safe, close to everything and restaurants/grocery/convenience store/ public transit is right near-by. But still very quiet. The apartment offers two separate bedrooms, and a bath and a half which is a great bonus for a group. Plenty of table space and living room seating. Kitchen nice and functional too. Air conditioning works great! Host is very attentive and responsive.
The instructions for finding the unit inside the building could use just a little tweak. They were very thorough except for which unit it is, when you get out of the elevator. We did finally find it, but just saying 'exit the elevator and turn LEFT and look for this door' and have a picture of the actual unit door, would be a great improvement. Also, the building is very dated and gives a poor first impression when you enter the shared hallway spaces - it feels a little sketchy - but the actual apartment building is truly safe and the unit is clean and accommodating. It's just a very old building. Also, the wifi did not work, so that should be addressed.

Perfekt Lage mit toller Ausstattung und schönem Ambiente
Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage und eine tolle Größe. Sie ist liebevoll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Vor Anreise bekommt man Informationen wie man in die Wohnung gelangt, welche sehr detailliert sind. Wir können sie nur empfehlen und würden sie wieder buchen. Toll ist auch die Kaffeemaschine mit bereitgelegten Kapseln..
