    Unpleasant

    -The curtains barely blocked any light in the bedroom, so it became very bright as soon as the sun came up. -The tram is very loud and disturbing. -The walls are so thin that you can hear everything your neighbours are doing. -The cleaner entered our apartment without us requesting cleaning, on only our second day of stay, while we were out. She didn't clean anything just "changed" the towels and took my personal towel without permission. I had to call the staff repeatedly just to get my towel back. The staff at the night shift was not helpful at all. If we hadn’t called them around three times in the next morning, we would never have got it back.
