    Perfect location and owner available to help

    Location was great and apt were great.

    Parking was not great. Apt lot was sometimes full so had to pay for parking next door in deck. The shower floor is very slippery. Could use more kitchen dishes and utensils and cooking items.

    The location was ideal. The condo was very clean, quiet, and close to downtown businesses and the beach.

    We were fine walking up the three flights of stairs with our luggage (a bit cumbersome). This would not be a good condo to rent if walking upstairs is problematic. Free parking is limited.

    Cute spacious condo within walking distance of Traverse city fun

    Such a cute and well laid out condo. Light and bright too. Comfortable bed and separate living spaces. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Great location

    I didn’t mind, but lots of stairs to the top floor unit.
