  Location close to the train station and the city center although the neighbourhood wasn't great.

  First impression was not good. Bed knitted covers with holes (no other blankets nor comforters). Christmas decorations from last year, messy drawers, no inclosed closet for clothes. Second bedroom with no real window but the one coming out to the hall with elevator (which you can hear running plus staircase noise) and the bathroom almost just next to your your head while sleeping there. Poor shape old apartment buildings all around just poorer city quarters look.... Master bedroom is good size with queen bed while my room (walk through to the kitchen with elevator view window) was small and dark.

  Everything in the apartment was great! The place is a 3–4 minute walk from the pedestrian promenade and 5–6 minutes from the train station. The only thing we didn't like was that many Indian people—and other immigrants of unknown nationality—would gather in the small park in front of the university in the evenings; the neighborhood itself is full of them. We didn't have any actual problems, but it was certainly noticeable. The hosts, however, were fantastic!

  Nažalost, naše iskustvo s ovim smještajem bilo je vrlo loše i smatramo da definitivno ne odgovara standardu koji smo očekivali. Krevet je bio izrazito neudoban, a tijekom boravka je u nekoliko navrata nestajalo struje. Higijena je također bila veliki problem – u tuš-kadi su bile gljivice, balkon je bio prljav i neopran, a u apartmanu je bilo puno prašine. Za četiri osobe i šest dana boravka dobili smo samo četiri ručnika, što znači da je svaka osoba imala praktički samo jedan ručnik za cijeli boravak. Ostavljena je i samo jedna rola WC papira za četiri osobe. Smještaj nam je ostavio dojam nedovoljno održavanog i očišćenog prostora. Ono što smo zatekli nije odgovaralo onome što smo očekivali prilikom rezervacije. S obzirom na cijenu i uvjete, smatramo da je smještaj potrebno znatno bolje održavati i pripremiti prije dolaska gostiju. Nažalost, ovaj smještaj ne možemo preporučiti.
