Excellent staff especially Anne on reception. She is a brand ambassador in my opinion. Lovely and q.
It was to the standard expected of a 4 star hotel. The gardens and the maze were superb.
The cottage was in need of renovation to be honest. Black mould in the bathroom was off putting and not having a bath robe was not nice.

I did like my spacious room,nice confy bed.
I didn’t like about my hotel experience was the amount of dust everywhere, especially on the staircase corners. The artificial plants throughout the hotel were also very dusty and needed more regular cleaning. Additionally, the windows in my room made a lot of noise when it was windy, which was disturbing. The service was also very slow, both during the private dinner and at breakfast. Improving the speed and efficiency of the service would make a big difference to the overall guest experience. Finally, I think adding more real plants would make the hotel feel fresher, more welcoming, and more lively.
