  This was, unfortunately, one of the worst experiences of our entire trip. We had already stayed in several inexpensive, family-run places and had wonderful experiences, so when we paid considerably more for what was presented as a proper hotel accommodation, we expected a higher standard. Instead, almost every part of the experience was disappointing. The problems began before we even arrived. We could not find parking, so I called to ask where we could park. Instead of trying to help, the person simply kept saying, “No, no, no parking,” and hung up on me while I was still trying to ask where we were supposed to leave the car. After finally finding parking and arriving in the evening, exhausted from traveling and searching for the place, we were told that our room was not available. Eventually, we were offered a different room in another, older building and had to carry all of our belongings there. There was no one there to personally receive us or help us settle in. At first glance, the replacement room looked quite nice. Unfortunately, once we looked more closely, we discovered that the mattress underneath the cover had large brown stains and an unpleasant smell. The extra bedding and linens stored in the closet also had an extremely strong, unpleasant odor. We ended up spending a significant part of our first two days washing linens and cleaning simply to make the accommodation comfortable enough for us to use. When it came time to pay, I was completely ready to pay the full amount immediately by credit card. However, he refused to accept a credit card and insisted on cash only. I explained that I did not have that amount of cash with me and offered to bring the cash the following day, but he insisted on receiving it that same evening. As a result, despite being exhausted after our journey, I had to go back downstairs and withdraw the money from an ATM.

  Чуть улучшить комплектацию номера, мб обновить постельное белье

  Расположение- супер Удобства -хорошие Заселение- супер Проблем с лифтом не было, как говорят многие.

  В душевой пах слив, но я так полагаю что это из-за конструктивных особенностей здания. Это небольшой минус. Еще небольшим минусом может быть то что не было доп туалетной бумаги и средст для стирки, пришлось покупать самостоятельно. Не критично, но тоже немного неприятно

  Заселили заранее, очень красивый вид с балкона, хозяин был всегда на связи,спасибо за отдых❤️

  Exceptional

  I enjoyed my stay in this apartment , the host is very helpful and responsive . Apartment is located in Orbi so there is always reception , security and elevators always working . The apartment itself has everything suitable for living very nice and cozy furniture and kitchenette ;Microwave , Washing Machine , Comfortable bedding and Sofa. There also is chair and table on the balcony you can enjoy the beautiful sea view . Apartment is very close to beach ,Super Market and restaurants . Overall everything was pleasant and totally recommend.
