    The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, very close to the city center and to what we found to be the most delicious Georgian restaurant in the city! :) The shower was also comfortable and worked well, even though there was only one bathroom for the entire villa. It is also very close to the train station which is great.

    The villa has one separate bedroom downstairs, while the upstairs area is more like a dormitory, with 12 beds arranged in sleeping areas separated only by curtains. We were quite surprised by this layout, as it offers very little privacy. There is also only one bathroom and two toilets. We were a group of four and managed with some compromises, but I honestly cannot imagine staying here with a larger group. It would simply not be very convenient. Another odd aspect was the lack of wardrobes or proper space to hang clothes, despite the unusually large number of beds. It felt as though the priority was to maximize sleeping capacity rather than comfort and practicality. If you are sharing the villa with people you would prefer to have some privacy from, this may not be the right place. However, if you are a group of close friends or family and mainly need a place to sleep, it could work. We also had some difficulty getting the downstairs bedroom warm enough, which made it a little uncomfortable at times. Overall, the villa may accommodate a large number of people on paper, but its layout and facilities are much better suited to a smaller group.

    Fabulous host, great location, lovely, well appointed traditional house

    Great traditional house, plenty of space for 5 of us, supportive and lovely host, brilliant location, free parking. Kitchen and bathroom/sauna well appointed - we loved the property. I'd give it more than 9/10 but it won't let me!

    Too many rather basic beds (would have been a bit of a squeeze if they were all used!) but comfortable enough!
