    Très beau séjour dans cet hôtel, mise à part le personnel, mais on était là pour passer du temps à L.A donc aucun souci

    Très bel emplacement, belle chambre

    Personnel à l’arrivée, pas trop sympathique personnel sur le Rooftop pas trop sympathique non plus

    Acredito que tem melhores opções

    Bem localizado próximo a calçada da fama.

    Hotel não tem café da manhã gratuito disponível, quarto não tem microondas. Muito difícil mexer no chuveiro, pia não tem aquecimento de água. Não tem estacionamento gratuito. Funcionário da entrada quase não achava minha reserva e agora estou com 2 cobranças no meu cartão referentes a mesma diária! Espero que se resolva.

    I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the worst of all!!!!! Don't stay there at gun point

    Everything, it was so bad booking refunded our money. I already wrote a 2 page letter to booking complaining about our experience. All I can say is don't every even consider staying there. I don't think Hyatt is aware of how bad this place is run.
